Shipping

Orders are shipped within 1–3 days after placement. Before holidays (New Year’s, February 14, March 8, etc.), we ship your order so that you receive it by the main holiday date.

Delivery via Nova Poshta (Branch to Branch; Branch to Address)
Free shipping on orders of 2,500 UAH or more

*If you’re interested in international shipping (to the U.S., Poland, Germany, etc.), please message us on Instagram. **Free shipping on orders of 2,500 UAH or more is available only for Branch-to-Branch or Parcel Locker delivery. Courier delivery is paid for by the customer.

Payment

Secure online payment with no fees (Apple/Google Pay, MasterCard, Visa)
Cash on delivery — requires a 200 UAH prepayment. The remaining amount is paid upon receipt of the order at a Nova Poshta branch (Nova Poshta fee: 20 UAH + 2% of the order total)
Payment via IBAN — we provide the full bank details of the sole proprietorship for the transfer
