You can return items via “Nova Poshta.” If you return the item within
14 days of purchase, you are responsible for the shipping cost. Shipping costs are calculated based on the carrier’s rates, depending on the actual or volumetric weight and the estimated value of the item.

Was an item accidentally added or mixed up in your order? Did you notice any damage or defects when inspecting the product?
Unfortunately, even the most well-known brands make mistakes, but the important thing is to be able to resolve them. Just let us know about the issue, and we’ll help resolve it quickly.
If you received the wrong item, an item of substandard quality, or an item that doesn’t match the photo on the website, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the return from the post office. If the customer made a mistake with the order, the customer is also responsible for the return shipping costs.
